Entry Level Customer Service/ Sales Advisor - Cork

The Opening:

As a Customer Service/Sales Advisor you should be capable of multi-tasking, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to work in a team-based environment. The work is fast moving and you will need to be able to use your own initiative and ?think on your feet?.

You will be dealing with all kinds of customers face to face so a professional?demeanour?and the ability to demonstrate a focussed approach to your customer service and sales processes is essential.

In this Customer Service/Sales Advisor opening you will be exposed to the following:

• Consistent and meticulous communication with potential customers
• Ensuring that our clients brands are best represented with a professional attitude and approach
• Sales presentations and face to face meetings, and where necessary sales demonstrations for new customers
• Sales support - customer verification calls
• Relay customer and sales related feedback to managing director

The Person:

Previous experience in retail, bar work, restaurants or any other type of customer service/ customer facing role will be an advantage, although full training will be given to the right person. High energy and a professional appearance is a must. Full time availability with hours and an immediate start is preferred.

You must be able to demonstrate a flexible, winning attitude and a passion for working with people is essential.
